What you'll do

• Supervise construction sites and serve as the onsite contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• maintain safety, quality, and productivity
• identify field-initiated scope changes
• lead jobsite safety and quality
• support project productivity and customer satisfaction
• provide craft knowledge and crew training
• evaluate field employees and assist with recruiting
• maintain tools and equipment
• support pre-construction planning
• track project progress and labor
• coordinate required training and certifications
• complete time sheets, audits, inspections, and other paperwork
• advise project management of issues
• provide final project paperwork to the Design Group.
