Psychologist — Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care

The Psychologist role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, with compensation of $150,000–$200,000 per year. Infinite Medical P.C., in partnership with MedElite Healthcare Management Group, provides care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The psychologist conducts evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides psychotherapy to residents, primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and psychoeducation for clients and families support personalized, holistic care; outpatient or community-based work may be available if desired.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and standardized testing
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• provide psychotherapy primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• provide psychoeducation to clients and families
• maintain timely, confidential documentation
• participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development.

Why this role
