Procurement Analyst

The role coordinates with procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounts payable teams to support fulfillment and purchasing controls.

What you'll do

• Place, confirm, and track purchase orders in Genesis ERP
• monitor open orders and follow up on delays or discrepancies
• process changes, cancellations, and substitutions
• communicate with vendors and maintain vendor records
• review forecasts and inventory exceptions with the Inventory Strategy Specialist
• flag stock risks and fulfillment gaps
• maintain purchasing documentation
• monitor costs and pricing discrepancies
• coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounts payable
• report process improvement opportunities.
