The Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Ellabell, GA. The salary range is $69,000–$73,000 per year. Glovis EV Logistics America provides logistics, warehousing, and inventory services for Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. The supervisor leads consolidation-center operations and lineside processes to maintain material flow and meet customer demand. The role develops staff, enforces safe and consistent procedures, and uses operational metrics and continuous improvement to support quality, productivity, and service goals.

What you'll do

• Coordinate team efforts toward safety, quality, productivity, customer experience, employee engagement, and cost goals
• lead or support continuous improvement projects
• manage material flow and production performance
• assess training needs and develop staff
• establish and implement standard operating procedures
• train employees on procedures and safety
• complete reports and monitor compliance
• investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
• support staffing strategies and Lean/5S practices
• participate in onboarding and coach team performance.
