Senior Cloud Developer

The Senior Cloud Developer role is onsite in Washington, DC, at the customer location; remote work is not available. Compensation is $92,905–$218,324 per year. The developer designs and implements cloud service models and architecture, automates cloud resource delivery using DevSecOps practices, and guides application migration. The role contributes to secure, resilient, highly available, and cost-optimized cloud services and applications.

What you'll do

• Develop cloud service delivery models and architecture for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS
• automate cloud resources using DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, testing, and security scanning
• assess cloud readiness and recommend migration, refactoring, and deployment strategies
• evaluate public, private, and hybrid cloud options
• define failure recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies
• optimize cloud costs
• design and implement cloud-native applications and migrate on-premises applications
• troubleshoot cloud stacks and services
• design resilient architectures and monitoring strategies.

Why this role
