What you'll do

• Build relationships with leaders and teams in assigned operational units
• understand business objectives and identify technology solutions
• participate in strategic planning and prioritization of IT initiatives
• translate business challenges into IT requirements
• recommend process improvements and automation
• collaborate with project managers and technical teams
• validate project outcomes against time, budget, and scope
• support training and create SOPs, process flows, and guides
• track adoption
• manage enhancement requests and functional priorities
• report recommendations to IT and business leadership.
