Senior Product Manager — Provider Operations

The Senior Product Manager — Provider Operations role is hybrid in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $50–$60 per hour. The role focuses on provider-facing digital products intended to improve provider experiences, health outcomes, and relationships with providers, members, and communities. The position leads product strategy and delivery across the product lifecycle, aligning roadmaps and priorities with market needs and organizational goals. It works with engineering, design, operations, business teams, providers, and partners to deliver and optimize digital capabilities using research, performance measures, and feedback.

What you'll do

• Lead the lifecycle of provider-facing digital products from strategy through optimization
• define roadmaps and priorities using market research, customer needs, and business goals
• partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams on requirements and delivery
• gather provider and stakeholder insights
• develop business cases and track KPIs using data and A/B testing
• support agile planning, release planning, verification, and market testing
• communicate product vision and value
• improve provider experiences through personalization and journey orchestration.
