What you'll do

• Manage a caseload and respond to crisis situations
• help clients de-escalate and support families in learning related strategies
• provide prevention time and skill development
• engage clients, families, and child and family teams
• connect clients and families with community resources
• implement services in a person-centered, recovery-oriented, culturally intelligent, trauma-informed manner
• document contacts and activities
• attend required meetings and clinical supervision
• advocate for clients’ mental health treatment needs.
