What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop assistant managers, shift leaders, and team members
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain staff
• oversee daily operations, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• analyze sales, labor, food cost, and profitability
• manage scheduling, forecasting, inventory, and ordering
• oversee cash handling, safety, payroll, and administrative tasks
• coordinate facility and equipment repairs
• build community relationships through recruiting, local marketing, catering, and guest engagement.
