Brand Marketing Manager — Jukebox

The Brand Marketing Manager — Jukebox role is hybrid in New York City, NY, with three days per week in the office. Base compensation is $115,000–$135,000 per year. The role supports Jukebox, Dr. Squatch’s women’s personal care brand, as it builds its market presence. Working with the Head of Jukebox and cross-functional teams, the manager shapes brand positioning and campaigns and carries programs across social, creators, retail, public relations, and other channels. The work is intended to build brand awareness and community while supporting growth and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Help define Jukebox positioning, voice, creative direction, and cultural presence
• develop campaigns, launches, partnerships, and PR moments
• shape organic social and creator strategy
• adapt the brand across direct-to-consumer, retail, paid, PR, and new channels
• coordinate budgets, timelines, partners, and cross-functional teams
• identify market and consumer opportunities.
