What you'll do

• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
• prepare and maintain examination rooms
• document vitals and medical histories in the electronic medical record
• administer injections, vaccinations, and medications as directed
• conduct basic laboratory tests and phlebotomy
• prepare specimens
• educate members
• coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals
• respond to member inquiries
• protect confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
