What you'll do

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and implementing activities
• build relationships with residents and families
• prepare activity calendars and update activity and orientation boards
• assist with special events, outings, birthdays, and anniversaries
• work with and seek volunteers
• encourage resident participation
• maintain accurate records. Non-essential duties include welcoming new residents and families, handling resident mail, and maintaining equipment as needed.
