What you'll do

• Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and collections across Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay
• oversee Medicaid pending cases and applications from admission through approval
• lead monthly accounts-receivable aging review and follow-up
• maintain resident trust accounts and admission financial paperwork
• answer residents’ and families’ financial questions.
