What you'll do

• Support personal injury paralegals across a high-volume caseload
• follow up with insurance adjusters on acknowledgments, liability decisions, limits, and claim status
• assist with claim openings and coverage verification
• track medical liens, subrogation, health insurance, and workers’ compensation matters
• send Letters of Representation and assist with MedPay demands and follow-up
• request and monitor medical, employment, and court-related records
• update case ledgers, notes, reminders, and follow-ups
• provide general administrative and case support.
