What you'll do

• Meet residents’ nursing needs
• coordinate infection control and staff education
• assist with compliance and communication across nursing staff
• coordinate and direct nursing services planning
• maintain nursing knowledge and accurate medical records
• assist with interviewing, hiring, and orienting staff
• oversee daily staffing
• maintain schedule flexibility to address changing needs.
