What you'll do

• Develop event concepts with the event team and Director of Campus Activities
• prepare proposals, timelines, and logistics checklists
• set up and break down events
• monitor event flow and communicate incidents or emergencies
• operate or coordinate basic event equipment
• create and distribute promotional materials
• update event listings
• track attendance and engagement metrics.
