• Support Phlebotomy Supervisor with goals and objectives.
• Train and monitor staff.
• Travel to multiple worksite locations.
• Provide patient care and customer service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality control.
