What you'll do

• Participate in customer meetings and calls to review training expectations and workflows
• deliver approved product training to clinical audiences
• collaborate with Clinical Solution Specialists to customize curricula
• submit pre- and post-training documentation
• work with Sales and Technical Support to develop and support customer relationships
• provide at-the-elbow support during conversion and go-live periods.
