It contributes to individuals’ health, safety, dignity, and well-being through direct care, supervision, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living and self-help skills, including hygiene, toileting, feeding, dressing, and medication administration as outlined in support plans
• implement behavior plans and personal goals
• monitor progress and complete reports
• maintain communication logs and documentation
• prepare meals
• transport individuals to programs, appointments, and outings
• provide supervision and advocacy
• support recreational and social activities
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• attend required training.
