Vice President of Global Marketing – Heating

The Vice President of Global Marketing – Heating role is onsite at one of the client’s hubs in Orange County, CA, or Charlotte, NC. Compensation is approximately $220,000–$260,000 per year. The role leads marketing for a premium heating business selling products across North America, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand. The executive builds a unified global marketing function that connects brand strategy and performance marketing to qualified demand, conversion, and revenue, while leading an in-house team and agency partners and collaborating with regional sales leaders.

What you'll do

• Own global marketing strategy and regional plans
• maintain a consistent brand platform with local relevance
• manage the full funnel and marketing budget
• lead the Brand Director and Head of Performance Marketing
• build measurement and sales-linked attribution
• manage agencies against commercial outcomes
• develop buyer segmentation and journey maps
• partner with regional sales leaders
• report campaign revenue and return on ad spend.
