What you'll do

• Independently design, develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and qualify ligand-binding PK, ADA, and biomarker assays in biological matrices
• execute experiments using platforms such as ELISA and MSD and assess assay performance, matrix effects, and interference
• coordinate assay transfer, validation, sample analysis, data review, timelines, and deliverables with CRO partners
• prepare and review protocols, plans, SOPs, data summaries, and technical reports
• collaborate with Research, Toxicology, and Clinical Development
• explore laboratory automation, AI, and large language models to improve assay development and quality.
