• coordinate owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• monitor costs, productivity, procurement, and performance
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, billing, and documentation
• conduct jobsite visits
• lead meetings and updates
• oversee punch lists, turnover, and closeout.
