This position exists to manage and lead a team of engineers on high voltage electric transmission line design projects, ensuring successful project execution. What you'll do

• Manage a collaborative team, serve as Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager on high voltage electric transmission line design projects (overhead and underground systems), apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC standards, perform engineering analyses, PLS-CADD modeling, structure loading calculations, foundation design, draft plans and specifications, prepare bill of materials and procurement documents, manage client relations, staff performance, proposal development, scope creation/change, project execution, and new business capture.
• Apply AI, automation, and digital design platforms.
