What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with oversight of nursing operations
• support staffing, scheduling, and team coordination
• provide clinical guidance to nursing staff
• participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
• conduct audits and monitor documentation for regulatory compliance
• lead or assist with care planning, assessments, and quality improvement
• support infection control and risk management
• promote resident-centered care
• step into the DON role when the director is absent.
