The IT Systems Technician role is an onsite position based in Greene, RI, with a pay range of $27 to $34 per hour. This role supports the IT department at Uline, Inc., North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. The role exists to provide technical support for employees and ensure systems are running smoothly across the warehouse and offices. The technician is responsible for troubleshooting incident requests, managing IT inventory, and maintaining hardware and software systems to support the company's distribution operations.

What you'll do

• Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshooting incident requests and delivering technical training.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
• Oversee the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate and execute technology equipment moves and ensure cabling standards are upheld.
• Manage user accounts, including permissions.
