What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• maintain restaurant equipment and building features
• perform preventive maintenance
• respond to emergencies, including nights and weekends
• process work orders
• schedule and track repairs
• and maintain parts, purchase, billing, and repair records. Requires HVAC certification, a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of technician experience, and a clean driving record. Extensive travel of up to 75% is required.
