What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed
• provide medication assistance and basic health support under facility policies
• monitor and report changes in condition
• check and document vital signs as directed
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with meal preparation and mealtimes
• coordinate medical appointments when directed
• provide companionship and encourage participation in activities
• document services and observations
• follow safety, infection-control, confidentiality, and resident-rights policies.
