What you'll do

• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing with the Accounting Manager and Human Resources
• prepare payroll entries and reports
• coordinate payroll backup and time-sheet information
• prepare disability payment reports
• process weekly accounts payable, invoice entries, approvals, and disbursements
• prepare accounts payable reports
• research payors and account histories
• enter expense journal entries and perform other general accounting functions.
