What you'll do

• Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• handle accounts payable and receivable, including billing, payments, invoicing, reporting, and collections
• generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• process or coordinate payroll
• prepare records for tax filing and work with external accountants
• maintain financial documentation and filing systems
• respond to administrative inquiries
• assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
• coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments
• maintain office supplies and expense records.

Why this role
