Medication Aide — SIC

The Medication Aide — SIC role is onsite in Flat Rock, NC. Pay is $14.50–$24.50 per hour. The position supports Stonecroft Assisted Living’s clinical team in medication administration and specialized resident care. The aide helps ensure residents receive medications safely and as prescribed, while monitoring for medication-related concerns and coordinating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The role also provides individualized support with personal care and activities of daily living.

What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and document administration
• provide individualized resident care, including assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
• maintain accurate medication records
• report adverse reactions or medication errors to the supervising nurse
• monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition
• store medications securely
• follow medication safety regulations and facility protocols
• collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Why this role
