What you'll do

• Support cafe operations and continuous improvement
• oversee service flow, safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• order, receive, and manage inventory
• deploy staff and oversee breaks
• facilitate onboarding and training
• handle cash and daily deposits
• address guest concerns
• guide team members on menu offerings and procedures
• prepare and serve food and beverages to quality standards
• supervise team members
• and promote sustainability objectives and safety compliance.
