What you'll do

• Prepare and manage the operating budget
• submit annual budgets and deliver monthly budget and variance reports
• guide departments through budget preparation and ensure budget compliance
• oversee asset inventory, donation and collection reporting, parish database and e-giving platforms
• manage vendor compliance and documentation
• oversee columbarium rules, expansion proposals, niche sales, and fund management
• supervise the Facilities Manager
• oversee HR records, performance evaluations, job descriptions, onboarding and other diocesan deliverables
• maintain confidential records and prepare applicable records for audits.
