What you'll do

• Create and process purchase orders
• monitor inventory
• coordinate with internal departments and suppliers
• maintain purchasing and supplier records
• enter purchasing and invoice information in SAP or ERP systems
• coordinate invoice approvals
• manage international procurement and import documentation
• communicate with customs and freight brokers
• maintain material and supplier information
• investigate inventory discrepancies
• prepare monthly reports
• support supplier audits and evaluations
• negotiate pricing and support supplier contracts.
