Product Manager, Shipping & Logistics

The Product Manager, Shipping & Logistics role is hybrid in Lakewood, CO, with work-from-home Mondays and Fridays and in-office work Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year. The role supports shipping and logistics products across AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options. The position owns the shipping and logistics category’s product roadmap, pricing, partner relationships, and franchise adoption. It translates carrier and market changes into pricing and product decisions, and coordinates launches and system improvements to help franchise centers offer and sell services effectively.

What you'll do

• Set shipping-service pricing and margin targets
• update pricing guidance as carrier rates and surcharges change
• own the product roadmap and evaluate offerings
• track competitive pricing
• report category revenue, margin, and adoption
• manage carrier and vendor relationships and agreements
• lead the Hub4PostNet development roadmap with Sales and Operations
• create launch packages and go-to-market plans
• develop product messaging with Marketing
• work with Operations and Learning & Development to increase adoption
• gather franchise-owner feedback
• collaborate with the Global Product team and cross-functional partners.
