The Maintenance Technician / Handyman — Residential and HOA Properties role is onsite in Naperville, IL, supporting residential and HOA properties across the Chicagoland area. Yellow Jacket Maintenance Services provides preventative maintenance, multi-trade repairs, and property upkeep to help protect long-term property value. The technician completes work orders across multiple properties, handling repairs and installations in several trades. The role contributes to property upkeep through reliable, professional work and communication with property managers and HOA clients; participation in an on-call rotation is required.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance, repair, and installation work orders across properties
• perform electrical repairs, drywall repair and installation, interior and exterior painting and staining, and exterior maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair lighting systems and fixtures
• maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• communicate with property managers and HOA clients
• manage time and complete work effectively. Roofing, masonry, and welding experience are preferred skills, not stated requirements.
