Route Utility Relief Driver

Job overview

The Route Utility Relief Driver role is onsite in Roanoke, VA. Pay is $25 per hour. Alsco Uniforms provides uniform and linen rental services to customers and supports its service departments in meeting customer needs. The driver delivers products and collects soiled linens on assigned routes while maintaining customer relationships and accurate account records. As a relief driver, the role supports service, sales, and operations teams and helps keep deliveries safe and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens safely and on time
• provide customer service and resolve service concerns
• follow service procedures for installations, deliveries, and account management
• maintain inventories and customer files
• handle payments, credits, and change orders
• promote services and refer leads
• inspect and clean the truck
• load and unload products and move carts.
