Lawn Care Technician

Job overview

The Lawn Care Technician role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour. Weed Man Triad provides lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, lawn disease control, and integrated pest management, to help customers maintain healthy lawns. The technician delivers customer-focused lawn care services, evaluates turf and lawn problems, and communicates with customers. The role supports service quality through safe product handling, equipment maintenance, and completion of daily work and records.

What you'll do

• Apply fertilizer, lime, and weed, insect, disease, grub, mole, and mosquito controls
• perform aeration and seeding
• measure turf and identify lawn problems
• communicate with customers
• maintain equipment
• safely handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products
• and complete daily work and paperwork.
