What you'll do

• Lead strategy and execution for enterprise data engineering, analytics, AI, and governance
• build and evolve the cloud data platform, including lakehouse architecture, pipelines, analytics, and governance
• deliver production-ready AI and machine-learning solutions
• recruit, mentor, and develop the Data & AI team and partner with implementation vendors
• establish data and AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices
• collaborate with engineering, product management, information security, legal, and business leaders
• communicate technical strategy and business value to executives.
