What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of IVF laboratory operations
• ensure performance and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate laboratory staff
• develop and manage quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement programs
• analyze data and lead continuous improvement
• participate in research including oocyte cryopreservation, oocyte maturation, and preimplantation genetic testing
• ensure adherence to internal policies and external requirements
• contribute to organization-wide performance improvement and patient-care excellence.
