The Spanish-Speaking ABA Behavior Technician — Brooklyn role is onsite in New York, New York. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The technician delivers one-on-one therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, following individualized treatment plans and tracking progress. The role supports children’s communication, social, and behavioral skills and coordinates with families and the interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision
• provide one-on-one sessions using individualized treatment plans
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills
• collect assessment and progress data
• collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
• communicate with parents and caregivers
• maintain session documentation
