What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers
• oversee daily bakery operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, product rotation, and operational controls
• maintain cookie quality, food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• monitor sales and performance measures
• address operational gaps
• coordinate with field leadership
• and execute local marketing activities.
