What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles
• source candidates through job boards, social media, and online platforms
• conduct initial outreach and prescreening
• coordinate reference checks and background verification
• support onboarding communications
• maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• prepare recruiting reports and metrics
• assist with employer branding and recruitment events.
