Warehouse Associate I — Reach Truck, Second Shift

The Warehouse Associate I role is onsite in Louisville, KY, working second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. Pay is $18–$19.50 per hour. LINAK makes electric actuation solutions used in hospital beds, office desks, medical applications, comfort beds, and industrial applications. The associate supports warehouse and departmental goals for on-time delivery, quality, lean 6S, safety, and employee satisfaction. The role keeps materials and finished goods moving and ensures daily shipments are picked, packed, audited, and loaded accurately.

What you'll do

• Support internal flow of raw materials and finished goods
• support inventory and warehouse management
• inspect powered equipment daily
• apply FIFO to orders
• report discrepancies to a supervisor
• complete daily 6S tasks
• maintain a safe and clean work environment
• perform warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, replenishment, unloading, picking, packing, put-away, cycle counting, load audits, and RF scanning.
