What you'll do

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting work
• repair structures, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and exteriors
• prepare units for move-ins
• maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems
• perform preventive maintenance, grounds work, and pool maintenance
• coordinate special projects as directed
• participate in prescheduled 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage
• work some weekends.
