What you'll do

• Support assigned customers with accounts receivable, order processing, and customer service
• respond to phone calls and emails
• research open invoices, short pays, credits, and missing invoices
• follow up on collections as requested
• coordinate paperwork with customers, Salesforce, and National Call Center Accounts Receivable
• answer Sales Team questions
• provide invoice copies and requested documents
• process customer orders and answer order inquiries
• maintain communication with Sales Teams and National Call Center employees
• stay current on state alcoholic beverage and listing laws.
