Account Executive, Customer Expansion

Job overview

The Account Executive, Customer Expansion role is remote. Compensation is a $60,000 base salary and $120,000 on-target earnings, including commission. What you'll do

• Call and follow up with existing customers to identify CRM and phones upgrade opportunities
• manage sales from outreach through discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close
• learn shop goals and workflows and explain relevant products
• maintain pipeline, CRM records, and forecasts
• partner with customer-facing teams on account history and post-sale transition
• meet or exceed revenue and activity goals.
