Project Executive

Job overview

The Project Executive role is onsite in Sayreville, NJ, with annual compensation of $450,000–$500,000. The position supports Jamestown’s Riverton mixed-use redevelopment project and reports to the Director of Development & Construction | North America. The executive provides strategic leadership and oversight from planning and entitlement through development and long-term operations. The role coordinates internal functions, external partners, consultants, and stakeholders while advancing development strategy, financing, approvals, leasing, public-private coordination, and project execution.

What you'll do

• Formulate and implement mixed-use development strategies
• create and analyze development pro formas, capitalization and venture structures, and budgets
• coordinate zoning, planning, approvals, entitlements, and brownfield remediation
• pursue public funding sources
• address development fees and affordable housing compliance
• build relationships with government stakeholders
• apply market analysis to project strategy
• coordinate marketing and communications
• manage teams and workstreams through milestones and completion.
