What you'll do

• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations for non-paid or time-expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage and perform general lot maintenance including cleaning and trash removal.
• Troubleshoot revenue control equipment and prepare reports regarding violations.
