What you'll do

• Welcome members and manage lobby flow and appointments
• build relationships and identify financial needs
• recommend appropriate products and services
• assist with online and mobile banking
• open and maintain accounts
• verify account eligibility
• originate and process loan applications
• meet sales targets
• support teller transactions as needed
• manage vault and cash supply responsibilities
• follow branch security and Bank Secrecy Act procedures.
