The Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Full-Time) is an onsite role based in Wilmot, NH. This role exists to provide coaching and mentoring to students, helping them achieve academic success, improve attendance, and develop positive behaviors. The tutor works closely with teachers to monitor student progress and facilitate learning activities.

What you'll do

• Work with identified students 1:1 and in small groups
• Develop literacy and/or math skills
• Create and implement a behavior management system
• Develop interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress
• Support whole school initiatives
• Conduct extended day and virtual programming
• Lead events recognizing student growth.
